If you do not have a web application (Fishtank) account with NOAA Fisheries Greater Atlantic Region, you may create your account here. If you are a Vessel Operator Permit holder wanting to use eVTR, please create your account then call our IT Service Desk at (978) 281-9188 from the telephone associated with your Operator Permit to activate your account.

If you already have an account you may recover a lost username or password using the email address associated with your account.

  1. 14-JUN-19 Planned system outage

    Fish Online will be unavailable for approx. 1 hour starting Sunday, June 16, 2019 at 9PM EDT, to allow for system maintenance. The IVR call in system will also be unavailable during this time so please use the IVR backup phone number (978-281-9227).

  2. 10-JUN-19 Scallop IFQ

    Scallop IFQ owners/vessel will no longer be able to log in with current credentials effective June 1st. Please refer the IFQ letter mailed (May 1st ) to the address on record for login instructions, or call the Greater Atlantic region fishing industry support line at 978-281-9188.
