NOAA Fisheries is holding a series of strategic planning meetings for the Northeast Cooperative Research Program. Meetings will take place in September in selected ports in the Northeast Region.
Meeting objectives include: review the current 2010-2014 Cooperative Research Strategic Plan, review progress made towards goals in the current plan, review relevancy of current plan, and ask for public comments on additional cooperative research strategies, discuss research priorities and informational needs for marine fisheries management.
