Atlantic Herring Fishery; 2017 Specifications Adjustment

Effective Date:  0001 hours on January 1, 2017

We have adjusted the herring specifications for 2017 to account for the carryover of unharvested catch from 2015.  We have included details of the specific adjustments below.
