Data sources for this report include: (1) Vessels via VMS; (2) Vessels via vessel logbook reports; (3) Dealers via Dealer Electronic reporting. Differences with previous reports are due to corrections made to the database.
	* In Table 35, each category presents the incremental difference in cumulative g͟r͟o͟u͟n͟d͟f͟i͟s͟h revenue from the previous category.  For example, in Table 35, by adding the g͟r͟o͟u͟n͟d͟f͟i͟s͟h revenues presented for the "Top 1%" and "Top 20%" categories in 2010, one can obtain the total g͟r͟o͟u͟n͟d͟f͟i͟s͟h revenues earned by the top 20% of vessels ($63,232,594), $8,368,444 of which was earned by the top 1% of vessels.
