Notice:
If 90 percent of the total allowable landings for the Northern Red Hake stock are landed and the full year TAL is projected to be exceeded, the possession limit for that stock will be reduced from 3,000 lb per trip to the incidental possession limit of 400 lb per trip for the remainder of the fishing year.
If 90 percent of the total allowable landings for the Northern Silver Hake stock are landed and the full year TAL is projected to be exceeded, the possession limit for that stock will be reduced to the incidental possession limit of 2,000 lb for the remainder of the fishing year.
If 40.4 percent of the total allowable landings for the Southern Red Hake stock are landed and the full year TAL is projected to be exceeded, the possession limit for that stock will be reduced from 1,000 lb per trip for large mesh trawls/selective gear/gear other than trawls and 600 lb for small mesh trawls to the incidental possession limit of 400 lb per trip for the remainder of the fishing year.
If 90 percent of the total allowable landings for Southern Whiting stock are landed and the full year TAL is projected to be exceeded, the possession limit for that stock will be reduced to the incidental possession limit of 2,000 lb for the remainder of the fishing year.
